Is a rep the same as an adjuster? They did send an adjuster to see it twice. The first time to take pictures of the cracks. He told my mechanic to tear it down and he would come back for more pics....

Basically the adjuster said that his research on the internet he found Trackers has had lots of problems with hulls. Once my mechanic took the boat apart he found that the braces under the consoles...

Have filed complaint with South Dakota Division of Insurance! It took 30 days for them to deny claim as if they were trying to find something. The told us it was based off of findings on the Internet...

I would strongly suggest staying away from Tracker boats and Progressive Insurance. Denied claim on Hull work!
