Bunks

My question would be do the composite bunks harm the hull any worse than carpet bunks? I already have scratches from the carpet...would composite be worse? If not that might be reason to put the...

IF your Riptide is an Ipilot (I assume it is) you will need a AS ETH 5PGL - 5 PORT ETHERNET SWITCH
Item # 411850-1

Depending on where you would mount this unit you may need to rearrange your...

EZEE Steps

Absolutely love the Ezee Steps. No issues. My garage door is 8 foot so no issue. Just wanted to have the ability to adjust height if needed. Super easy in and out of the boat. I would not hesitate on...

Lund Sport Tops

Looking at getting a factory Sport Top for my 202. I've seen pics of them with black cloth and gray cloth...what do the newest ones have? (from 23 or 24)
Thanks!

Hit's too hard....yep.

It's not really the weight rating of the Drotto. Trying to ease up to the latch is the issue. A fully loaded 202 probably weighs in at a little less than 5000 # all told. It just does not slide easy...

Drotto

Yes I did get a Drotto. Two of them in fact. Had issues. Found that even when wet the bunks were still pretty sticky and was hard to power up to the Dotto without hitting it too hard sometimes. Ended...

Ffs

Agree somewhat...most of the guys that I know that have FFS (me included) rarely even keep fish unless on larger systems like Erie or Devils and then that's for a week's trip. It's more about the...

Our generation

I grew up in the 60s and 70s. Milk was in returnable glass or a carton. Beer was mostly in returnable bottles as was soda. Juice was in glass or frozen. Collecting bottles and hauling to the store...

I went with Redodo 100 AH with heaters last year. Added a shunt gauge to monitor. No issues at all. I think I used 40% one day when trolling on 4-6 for about 11 hours. Are they as good a Norsk?...

Anyone in the walleye world that has looked at that boat is going "what the ****?" From what I hear the dealers in my neck of the woods are refusing to accept inventory of that model. Couldn't say...

Target Lock locks onto a GPS position. I don't think Co-Pilot or Auto-Pilot would not be nearly as accurate as it's a heading...not a GPS point. Also, mounting another trolling motor base somewhere...

If you end up having to buy a new one take a look at TrollSmarter. Much cheaper than Itroll. I put one on my boat and really like it. So easy to bump up and down minutely. I had an issue with the...

Quartering into waves mostly. When it's rough the top set goes up. One thing that would really help this boat would be trim tabs but there isn't really a good spot to mount them....Zipwakes might...

I've fished out of a buddies 2250 (2016 I think) many times since 2017. Superior, Erie, Devils Lake etc. Very smooth running hull. Very robust design. Only major issue he has had was the power...

My guess is that you would have to buy a new cover and have it customized to fit the old boat. The newer Impacts are wider so some material may need to be removed but the Pro-track should be the...

Trim tabs for 202GL

Ok time to look at which trim tabs to install.

Would rather stay with electro-mechanical rather than hydraulic.

I have a 202GL. Set up with a 9.9 remote kicker and a 72" Ulterra. Kicker is speed controlled with a Trollsmarter controller (best ever).
