I'd say early or late are the peak times for perch fishing on Devils Lake. You can catch perch all winter long but I really like before New Years or after March 1st for the best possible perch bite....

Good bite going on right now at Devils Lake in North Dakota. Look for current areas near bridges and jigs/jigging raps will put fish in the boat. I've had the best luck fishing in 20-30 FOW lately...
