RE: Is GMC, Dodge or Ford best truck for towing?

I run a 98 GMC turbo diesel 4x4. Never had a problem and the power is great. I love the truck. That duramax is a great truck as well. When I upgrade in two or three years I will be looking at it.

Lac Des Mille Lacs

Fished the west end saturday. Hard fishing in the rain and cold but we managed a good group of Walleye the largest 26in and a number over 20. Fish were very fussy and very deep. 30ft plus.

RE: Yamaha 30 Hrs. 3 cylinder 2 stroke--any opinions??

I do not use a GPS on my boat. I use a 4hp as a kicker. I cannot relate to any speed trolling. We move at a crawl where we fish and when we are into them usually anchor and cast or still fish.

RE: Slide in truck box campers

I ran a half ton for a number of years with an 8ft camper. I had overloads on the truck but I still had a lot of problems. Keeping at highway speeds safely was a real problem. I stayed close to home...

RE: Yamaha 30 Hrs. 3 cylinder 2 stroke--any opinions??

I use this motor on an S16 Lund. Good engine no problems. I wish it were a 40 when I am loaded. Trolling for walleye is a problem. I use a kicker. The 30 does not go slow enough for me when trolling....

RE: A sincere apology.

Canada was behind our good friends and neighbours the USA right from the start. We have nothing to be ashamed of. We will be 100% behind them as well when the shooting starts. This is something that...

RE: 2wd vs 4wd

4x4s are great but it is also nice to have a use for them. If all you are doing is commuting and towing a boat a bit you probably do not need one. I run a 3/4 ton 4x4 but use it regular as we are out...
