The bite is good in the Pierre area. Farm Island on down. The lower end of Oahe is spotty, you might catch 50 14 inch Walleyes and then get a 25".

Pierre Winter Fishing Week end
Last year, with the open water on Oahe, 40 + boats fished this tournament. 6 Walleyes for 24 pounds won it.
The year before, 10 boats fished, on Sharpe as Oahe was frozen over. We usually can...

Pulled plugs for about 2 hours late Wed afternoon down at Stony. Caught our 12 Walleyes on the 1st pass. Really windy.
