Dual Pro doesn't publish input amp draw charts, but Minn Kota does. A similar 3x6 charger draws 4.5 amps, or 540 watts (4.5A x 120V). You could run both chargers at the same time.

Where are you located? The removable seat posts are pretty easy to shorten, I've done them before. Remove the upper plastic bushing, use a hacksaw to cut to length, push the insert back in.
