If you dont blanch it it will not be sweet at all, I boil it on the cob for 4 minutes then put into ice water right away and when cooled I remove it from the cob then freeze in vacuum bags.

No, the output of the charger is 30 amps total at 12volts, it wont draw 30 amps at 110v,more like around 4-5amps 110v it will plug in to a normal outlet like anything else.
