Lowrance ethernet question
I just purchased a new boat that has a HDS 7 and a X510C. The x510C is not equipped with gps, but will the ethernet cable allow me to view gps data via the HDS 7.

Triton 205 carpet replacement
Although I powerwash my carpet often, I think it is time to replace it. Has anyone ever used a spray on bedliner material or a textured garage floor epoxy in place of the carpet on their boat.

If the board gets soaked, it could cause it. It happened to me when I power washed my carpet and probably hit the pedal with the stream.

It is my understanding that they do work. However, if you hit the skeg guard on something, they are not forgiving and you could damage your lower unit.
