Post Spawn Walleye Kansas
I have been catching some nice postspawn females at Kahola lake in KS this spring.
Both came in 5 FOW on rocky shoreline casting a crankbait. Mid April. Water temp 50 degrees.

I appreciate the responses. Glad to hear the fishing is worth the boat ride. Too bad that camping is not allowed. We will probably just make a day trip out of it for the first try and go from there....

Hillsdale Walleye Report 6-1-12

Kansas Walleye Report
Bite is strong in Kansas this week. Caught quite a few 18"+ fish from Miola Lake KS right up on the weed line Thursday evening on a 4" swimbait.
