I have run flats on my car, and those things ride much much harder than with regular tires.

Plus there isn't much fix to the tire.

With the limited suspension on most trailers, the higher cost both initially and if you puncture one, and it would be quicker to pull over and change your tire and be on your way than figure out how to repair (or buy a new run flat).

I don't think I would do it. But I would be curious to see if anyone else is.
