Default Trailer tires again?

i know that this has been discussed multiple times but doing a search still has me confused.

I was told today on the phone by Maxxis dealer that the Maxxis tires were made in Japan, doing a search on here doesn't reveal that. i want to replace my Marathons this year as they are going into there 4th season with me, bought new boat July 2008. I probably put close to 5000 miles a year on trailer. I have ran Marathons along time 15+ years and have never had an issue.

Boat is Skeeter WX2100 tandem axel, approximate weight loaded with fuel and gear is 5000lbs, tire size is ST205/75/R14.

What do you suggest?
