I believe it is a Llewellin Setter like my dog Abby! There several color phase. Abby is a Chestnut Belton, I believe the dog in the picture would be a Blue Belton. This dog does not have the heavily feathered tail but some hunters trim the hair closer during hunting season to prevent the build up of burs and the such.
