With the limited suspension on most trailers, the higher cost both initially and if you puncture one, and it would be quicker to pull over and change your tire and be on your way than figure out how to repair (or buy a new run flat).

I have them on my car too, Goodyear Eagle F1 Super car tires.
I don't need a spare or jack.
But you would need a tire pressure monitor, because you sometimes
can't tell if it's flat by looking at them.
Nice if they made them for trailers.
