Default Problem with Yamaha 4 Stroke tiller Carbed

Went fishing , motor ran PUURFECT . Did a couple runs around sizable lake and everything fine .went to another water body 20 miles away . motor started and ran perfect . Moved to a different spot & motor started & ran fine then gave it full throttle & took off like a jet as usual , got up to full speed for a few seconds & started to bog , miss ,down to 2000 rpm, gave it gas & still bogged . Turned key off , started it back up & ran fine , gave it full throttle again & when it reached speed it bogged again down to 2000 rpm . I checked everything visible , seemed good . Started again & purred perfect . Gave the throttle again & same problem , hit full speed & bogged down to 2000 rpm . One mech said 'GAS ' my problem with that is , when turned off & restarted it goes like crazy for a few seconds . I tried this a number of times & nothing changed .Sorry for the Epistle , but I needed to explain . Please Anyone ?????
Thanks for reading .
