You can fix them. Heres what I did. My trailer is a '04 model but I think the lights are the same. A large nut is in the inside of fender that holds light. Take it off. Remove the light and unplug the wires. My bulbs had water in them and one was out. I pried off the rubber cap on the back of the assenbly which is held on by silicone. The bulb then unsnaps from inside the assembly. I then cleaned out the lense and made sure it was dry. I replaced the bulbs with new long lasting bulbs from auto store. Put the assembly back together and then siliconed the rubber cap and wire entry liberaly with 3m 5200 sealant. My problems have ceased to exist and no more water. Really wasnt that hard of a job. The hardest part was getting the large nut off the inside of the assemby. Good luck.
Dont put any silicone on the inside of assembly or you will get condensation on lense. Only outside.
