I couldnt make it this year, did anyone catch the $10,ooo fish? Is the bite on yet?

Yes,a guy from Larabee caught one at 1:00 a.m. on a bobber and a leach on the north end of Spirit Lake.

Did anyone catch any Quality fish? How was the bite on Spirit?

The bite on Spirit was extremely slow. With the wind and the unstable weather patterns it was tough. Our best fish was an 18" off Stony Point. Only had two others that were keeper size and a couple other dinks. Hopefully things will pick up in the next couple of weeks.

We fished East Okoboji and caught small walleyes and a few white bass. It was a very windy week-end. We got the eyes on crawlers and minnows. I did hear about a 8lb. being caught by Parks Marina on Sunday morning. The guy that caught the $10,000 tagged walleye was a very good friend of mine,it couldn't have happened to a better guy!
