Will the sportsmanship award I have heard about be handed out? Who won it at the last event and what did they do to win it? It sounds like a great award especially since walleye tournaments can get a black eye in the eyes of some. Who puts up this award?

I think that is a great award for any company and or tournament to hand out. Tournaments can get a bad rep if we don't be careful of how we act.

I am on the Albackore Pro Staff and applaud them and any company involved in tournament fishing and handing out an award like this, including Jim Coon and the Midwest Walleye Series. I also had a family matter at the last MWS event but I hope to be on hand for the next event to help present the award.
