Anyone know the weights from yesterday, day one of the CWC? Nothing posted on the "official" CWC site, Papertown, etc. Curious as to whether the greenbacks have decided to show up in Pine Falls yet...
Thanks! |

Maybe the tournament director, Kim Wilson, is aware of the results and cares enough to share them with the good folks following this "prestigous tournament"? I do realize - absolutely - that he's surely been quite busy the last couple of days, but for a tourney billed as one of the premier walleye tournaments in Canada you'd think there would be some info out there, somewhere, eh? Gzeesh.

Heres the rule from the Canadian Walleye Championship website.
Only walleye and sauger will be included in official totals. Only four (4) fish per day will be weighed and only two of these may exceed 55cm (pinch tail measurement). Each angler is allowed to only weigh-in one fish over 70cm for the tournament (pinch tail measurement). |

Well the Tournament is not the best and Not the True Championship. The name maybe but thats it .Its great if you wanna get all your tackle stolen or have rules and calcutta change on a dime and the weather is just gross (way to late in the year. Its the last time I will ever go.And as far as I can see the true Tournament iis the Vanity Cup 160 teams in Canada that is.And people from all over Canada and the USA attend.$50,000.00 in cash 1st place and pays to 25th with boats and big fish.Thats where I will be next year.Sorry but the views are True.
Oh and its Only LUND related and I run a Lund and even im getting tired of it all. |
