Default Cannon Downriggers

I purchased 2 Cannon Digi Troll IV and have been using them for trout and salmon. Recently, one of them started acting funny so I called Cannon and they said to send it to them. I sent it on 08/16 and got it back on 08/23 good as new. I just wanted to give credit were credit is do, their service is unbelievable.

Glasman.

Great to hear! We need more of these type of posts to give credit where credit is due. It seems with the money we spend on walleye gear these days, we should have a pretty good idea where to spend this money. Testimonials like this help me make up my mind where money goes.

Thumbs up

Had the motor gone defective on my 15 years old Cannon Mini Mag, sent it to Cannon's repair centre, they put a brand new motor no questions asked, free of charge AND paid the return shipping to my door within a week.

Have a set of cannon's bought new in the eraly 90's . One now has a grinding noice in it still works but grinds and all they will do for me is a 25% dicount on a rebuilt mag 10. Will not even make the atemp to fix.

Well they are nearly 20 years old, they have to draw a line somewhere. Their life time warranty doesn't cover normal wear and tear.

That said I would call Cannon directly and talk to someone else. You get someone to agree to repair it. It's worth a try.
