Boarding Ladder Suggestions

What do some of you use for a boarding ladder?
I will be installing one on a Lund Impact 1675. I realize most fishing boats do not want one of these on the boat. Would be nice if I could find one that I could put away in storage on boat. Any brand/models info appreciated. Sometimes one needs to jump into the water. Getting back in the boat can be difficult.

I need something for my grandsons or wife to get back into the boat when swimming. For those times when I'm doing more boating then fishing.

I like the permanently mounted transom ladders. Provided you: A) don't need wave wackers, B) don't plan on installing both a kicker and a transom mount electric.

I have the two step compact 19513 and couldn't be happier (no platform). The nice thing is that you don't have to find storage for it (it's already on). It's unobtrusive. It's easy for the whole family to enter the boat. And I do a lot of cold water fishing by myself so I consider it a neccesary safey feature.

i have a e- lader on my skeeter mx1825 dont plan to use it but its there if i do

Lund does make a ladder that pops out the rear gunnel (It is built in, it sides out when needed.), I am just not sure if they are availabe in the Impact or not. Contact you local dealer and find out, it works great, and better yeat it is hidden out of the way.

I couldn't post a pic in a private message. But I don't have any good pictures of it. Here's a picture of my boat with the ladder swung up to the storage position. As you are stepping on the top rung, you grab onto the top of the transom (notched part). My 4 year old gets out of the water by herself.

BTW, that Lund factory ladder looks like the bee's knees. Completely out of the way when stored. I'm assuming you need the closed gunwales of a Pro-V or Tyee type boat however.
