Anyone here running a 115 HP on a 1775 Pro-V?

I'm looking at a few Lund Pro-V's and they have a 115 HP on them.

I know that they're not maxed out and that will get a few saying they need to be....but for those of you that have them, what are your performance numbers?

If it were me I would max the HP or get a larger motor. I bought one boat rated for 75 and it had a 40 on it, thinking I was saving money when in the long run it was a pretty bad decision, I was never happy with the performance and always kicked myself for doing it in the ensuing years.

Thank you! That would work fine for me...42mph is plenty and probably won't reach that speed on 75% of the lake I fishe anyway.

There were a lot of those sold... and 42 (GPS) is accurate.
Some were a tad faster.

I've got a 150 on mine and I can say that I rarely us all of that horse power.

T Mac: Even the new ones I've looke at are equipped with the 115. Only one hasn't been.

If I was buying new, I'd get the 150, but I'm looking at used ones right now.
