9.9 pro problem

I have a 2011 pro kicker thats been in the shop 3 or 4 times now.
Most issues are with the carb. Took it in 3 weeks ago and they replaced the float and needle and seat. Had a tourney last weekend and now im having a intermittent problem where it runs fine and then bogs down and shakes like its going to die then clears itself out when i give it more throttle. The gas tested good and i mix half regular and half premium when i filled it this spring. Put stable and seafoam when i winterize plus put seafoam in everytime i fill. I burn all the gas out of it if im not going to use it for more than a week. Its in the shop again and they want to clean the carb again. Could something else be wrong instead of the carb?
Having a hard time with cleaning the carb again when it was just done.
My main motor runs perfect.

Just got a call from the boat dealer and they said the float was rubbing causing it to stick. Man this motor has given me headaches.
Are the yammy 9.9s having problems with the ethanol? I had a 50hp and never had a gas issue.
