2000 Ranger 619 fisherman transom trim

Please help I had my transom trim damaged during a motor install this past winter I contacted Ranger and they say the part is longer available. the piece of black trim that covers the hull deck joint is what was damaged it is moulded and about 3/4 of an inch wide there are 3 pieces the middle one is the one I need. Please any help would be great.
