How to find rotor for 2008 Ranger trailer?

Ok so here is my problem: I have a 2008 Ranger Trailer with Turbo Lube COOL oil bath hubs by Tie Down and due to leaks I've decided to switch over to the new Vortex grease hubs from Tie Down. I thought it would be an easy switch over so I bought 4 Vortex hubs but when i went to install them I found out Ranger uses a integral hub/rotor on the brake axles so its left me searching for a "cap" style rotor that will fit over the Vortex hub. Does anyone know where I could find a cap style rotor that will fit over the Vortex hub and also allow me to utilize the same brake assembly? The rotor is 9.6" diameter. How is everyone making the switch to the Vortex hubs getting them to work? I tried my local Ranger dealers and they don't know. Going to try a specialty trailer shop, Tie Down and Ranger on Monday and see if they can help me locate these parts. This is very frustrating so any help or suggestions would be appreciated. I realize I could just pack the brake axle hubs with grease by hand however trying to make the Vortex work so its less maintenance in the long run.

Does anyone know of a source to find a brake rotor by size or dimensions? I would have expected alot more out of a boat that costs as much as a Ranger does. Very frustrating.

If you like you can remove the Ranger axle, and then install the axle of your choice with the matching brake system of your choice.

Looking at the manual for those hubs you need the spindle that has a grease zerk in the center of the spindle. And the spindle needs to be drilled to let the grease to the rear bearing. Being as you have oil hubs now do you also have that grease zerk setup?? I am at this time converting a setup like that over to oil hubs for a friend. Wiredog

No there is no grease zerk on the end of my spindles. I believe those are Tie Down Super Lube spindles with the zerk on the end of the spindle.

I googled Tie Down Vortex Hub and got the install manual . It shows a cross section of assembly with a zerk in center of spindle to put the Lucas oil 100,000 mile grease in the hub. Just sayin!! Wiredog
