Default Tygret river walleye

Few years ago, we got into an area where we had good fishing.When do the eyes start or the males prestart in north central West Virginia.Our day was grey and very dismal and bleary. Thank You You

we always do our best mid march to mid april. start right below the dam and drift down stream until you quit catching fish and then motor back up and start again. use jigs tipped with minnows or just a minnow on a plain hook with just enough split shot to keep it down. fishing this area will also catch you some trout.good luck
