I'm going to Arizona late next week to get in on the spring Crappie bite and a little bass fishing too, but I read in my Walleye Insider Magazine that there is supposed to be a fair population of eyes in Lake Apache. This lake along with Roosevelt are the two lakes I'm headed for. Have any of you tried eyes in Arizona?

Thanks for the reply and the guide. I'm looking forward to getting out of Minnesota for a week. I'm fishing with a best friend that transferred down there 2 years ago. This will be the 1st time on these lakes, so we will see how good we are at adapting. Since you've been there, it's my understanding these lakes are about 6 miles apart and about 2 to 21/2 hours northwest of Phoenix??
