If animal is processed before return trip is proof of sex required?

We are heading to Montana to hunt antelope. We like to process our own game right away. If I read the regulations correctly, we can debone and wrap our antelope in MT and then tranport them home. Do we still need to keep any proof of sex or is that a non issue once the animal is processed?
