boat trailer value

I live in Minnesota and my boat trailer was totaled. I am trying to figure out the salvage value. The insurance company quoted a salvage figure that seems way too much. I rebuilt my trailer so would like a fair deal and them rebuild it again myself. Any ideas as to whom I might contact??
