What exactly is this program offered through Ranger, if anyone could shed any light on the promo either having purchased because of it or know someone who has it would be appreciated.

I signed up and received an email certificate for $1750 USD in consumer incentives.

Is this towards non-current models such as '08's or can it be used on new current models?
