Pretty darn good weekend.

Jig bite was decent. We caught about 20 fish a day between 3 of us keeping our limit of 12 fish on Friday and Saturday. Lots of nice 3-4lb fish. Had one male around 5lbs.

Sunday, Lake Erie was back to its old tricks...We were greated by cold north winds blowing up solid 4' waves right on top of each other....Went out took the first 3 waves over the bow and up the hardtop, was able to tilt the nose up and get on out. Made 2 drifts caught 1 fish out on locust, had a few other quick hits and then lake got real dirty and we called it a trip. We just could not slow down enough...

Good times though Friday and Saturday were both beautiful days.

Hair jigs tipped with minnows. Fished out north of Turtle Creek and out around Locust mainly.

Hoping to get back out there next weekend if the weather can get nice again, if not ill be back in May.
