minnkota works but does not beep at all

My minnkota used to beep when the speed was changed with the remote. One day it just quit. It still works just fine. It just does not beep to confirm that it changed speed. I am thinking I must have pushed two buttons at once and put it in silent mode or something??? Anybody have any ideas?

Pretty sure you press the left and right key at the same time.

yes press left and right at same time and hold tell it beeps them it should beep all the time

Just checked it. Its the + and - key rather than the left and right key. Hold both down.
