Prov or Lund gas tank/lines/connections.

I have a dilemma... My verado and My kicker are both being starved of fuel. The primer ball for the kicker is going soft every 15 min. This happened last year also. SO before I rip up the floor in my boat. Are there any connections or filters by the gas tank that can get clogged/dirty? Last year I changed the filter in the verado and put a new fuel line and ball on the kicker and the problem went away. But these problems come show up at the same time. Both engine are being starved of fuel ... What does it look like under the floor?

PS- my fuel selector is set on reserve, not sure if that would matter
