Need a new combo GPS/Fishfinder

I just bought myself a 2004 Lund Angler SS with a 2004 Yamaha F115 (EFI).
The boat came with a basic Lowrance graph. I have been using it along with my handheld Lowrance Expedition C and Lakemaster SD card.
It's not an easy to use setup; the gps is small and hard to read.
I'm looking for a combo setup but there are so many options.
I am familiar with Lowrance so I have been looking at the Elite-5 and HDS-5 or 7. Would also consider a Hummingbird.
Help me decide.
