Fall Crazy Weather Weather Walleye Tactics?

I have only been able to catch Sauger lately. Anyone have some sugestions for catching some lake Walleyes with this crazy weather we have been having?

Sometimes after a front passes through, when all else fails, I go to a slow death rig with half of a crawler, and 1 colored bead in front of the hook. Experiment with speeds, but I find that I do better when I err on the slow side.
