Cell Phone Use During Tournaments

If I were stupid enough to give out my cell number .I surely would not answer it till I checked the caller id .
Maybe I would tell the director I do not have one with me or mistakenly give him the wrong number. . I would not tell him I just bought a throw away cell.
In the tournaments I have fished the tournament director wants the cell phone number in case of bad weather or emergency. So you d###ed if you do and your d###ed if you do not answer it.
