Humminbird web site

I tried to log into my Humminbird account the other day and got the notice "If you have not logged in to the site since Feb 3rd you will need to get a temp. password. I have tried several times to get a password sent to my E-mail address with no luck. I try to re-register and it says we already have an account with that e-mail address. So for now I cannot get into my acccount to check on updates. Has anybody else had this problem? If so what did you do?
