Default size of walleye?

This has been driving me nuts, how big is this fish!? I was an idiot and didn't get a girth measurement, and only a rough measurement of length at around 27 inches. No one around to take a pic of me with it either, bummer. The mounted walleye is my dads, 29in long 18.5 girth, weighed around 9.5lbs. My fish was much fatter, full of eggs. Any guesses would be appreciated. I used the WC weight calculator and it put my dads fish at over 11lbs??? I don't think it was that big, meaning if mine was a girth of 20 inches, it would also be over 11lbs??
