Tempest won't clear trim tab

I have a 135 hp 1998 Mariner Optimax that I am running the oringinal Mercury aluminum prop. I found a used Tempest Plus to run that matched up on Mercury's prop selector. It won't clear the trim tab. Is there a different trim tab? Here's the numbers 48-825862-21 on the Tempest and 418-832830-c1-19. Did I get the wrong prop?
