Default Livewell switch

I have 2 livewell switches on my 03 1800 Tiller. The front livewell switch works on both the auto and manual settings. The rear livewell only works on the auto setting. I get nothing when i switch it to manual. Could i have a bad switch or is there a relay that might have to switched out. Thanks in advance

Baker,
Pull the switch and bypass the switch for the manual setting and see if the pump works. If the pump works when the switch is bypassed the switch is bad.

Normally on a two position toggle switch, the center terminal is the terminal that comes in.

Then, the two end terminals are the ones that go out.
Also, if you lay the switch on the side, and look at the handle position with respect to the terminals; you will find the following.

If the switch is in the center, the switch is off.
If the switch is in the down position, then the terminal on the top and center will be connected together.

If the switch is in the up position, then the terminal that is on the bottom and the center will be connected together.

Good luck

Take a picture of the switch and post the picture. Also, post any numbers or markings that are printed on the switch.

I have found with a lot of electrical components if you google the number that you find on the switch itself you will find where to pick up a new one. Ebay has also worked the same way for me.
