Well, it does look like the guy got his back wheels off a ledge or a wave scooped out area. Notice how low the back wheels were yet the boat trailer seemed to have gone back up to where they were having a hard time getting the boat off. Notice the second truck that came out and how high/shallow he is just a few feet ahead of that long sloping beach. I dunno,..I also didn't have enough sense to turn off my speakers and the music was enough that I cut it short so other things may have happened in this video that was more stupid.
