St. Louis River

I am a newbie and will be fishing in Wisconsin for the first time. I am meeting some friends in Minong WI in June.

I would like to come up early and fish the St. Louis River for some walleye. I could be there on June 6th, fish June 7 & 8, and then drive back down to meet them on the 9th in Minong.

I guess I am just testing the water. Is anyone interested? I will have my Tracker Pro Team 175 w/Merc 25 HP.

If someone knows how to fish the river and would like to go, let me know.
