My recommendations (in order) are:

1st - review in writing with the Service Dept Mgr your issues (laundry list) and ask exactly how they are going to correct and dates for same ? (if you can, include photos)

2nd - if not satisfied, then go to the dealership's owner - same laundry list (in writing) and ask how they will take care of these issues ? (photos)

3rd - go to manufacturer and ask for their Regional Mgr for your area - call and explain the
issues, and then follow with your list and photos of the damage - how are they going to respond ?

4th - write a brief cover letter to the company president with a copy of your laundry list with damage photos, and ask for his help to resolve your damages, etc (you may be correct that a claim needs filed with the boat transportation carrier's insurance company).

5th - should these issues not be corrected, then check for a good local attorney (prefer one that fishes - seriously) and ask them to review your documentation and give you their recommendations.

If I could pass along several key suggestions: a) keep good detailed notes with photos - the photos speak volumes and b) be polite, professional AND persistent.

Wishing you the best with your efforts to get these issues resolved.
