Default Ranger fender repair/replacement

I blew the tread off my 1850 trailer tire on the way back from opener. The trailer fender suffered some damage and needs to be replaced. I'll have to order a replacement fender from Ranger from what I gather after doing a little research. Anyone ever replaced one and how difficult is it?? I did some digging last night and tried to look at how it is removed. The bolts that hold it on the trailer would just spin when turning them. I removed the rubber mat and found the problem. The fender fiberglass is shattered/softened from the blowout and the top of the bolt is a flat circle that cannot be secured to hold while the nut is turned. This would be much easier to show someone than explane.
