Need some rod tips!

I have used many different reels in my day, but not nearly as many rods. I am new to baitcasting, less than 2 years baitcasting for pike and bass, and I am trying to find a good rod to use. I have always liked Fenwick Rods but have mainly used the lower end Fenwick rods in the $60-$80 range but I have loved them!

What rod should I get (what would you recommend) for a good all around rod to get for a low profile baitcasting reel. I love to cast spinnerbaits for pike and bass, and also like throwing crakbaits and jigs when I need to. I mainly throw spinnerbaits though with my baitcaster now!

Please give me some tips on brands, actions, line recommendations, etc. I am open to anything at this point. Please keep ideas under $200 since that is my max right now I can spend on one.

Also looking to get a better low profile baitcasting reel so what would you all recommend for that under $200????
