Are you being serious? You have a 621 and a 300 HP Verado and you'd be happy with upper 40's for speed. I'm sorry, but that's downright pathetic. I think you'll need to post your WOT RPM in order to get some help. Even with a Rev 4 that rig should run into the mid 50s! I was going to say a 21P Rev 4 or a Tempest but I would need more info to get the right pitch. Hows the handling currently? Almost sounds like the engine is mounted too low or something for you only to hit 53?

ok here is some more info. 2010 model just got it in feb this year had a 2000 model 620 before so not sure of what to expect. right now if i trim up tell i start to see roost im running 5600 rpm and about 52 to 53. that is the most i have seen from the rig. pre owner said that i should see 52 out of it so i didnt feel any thing was wrong didnt know what the wot rpms should be i do keep it full of gas and carry alot of gear and always had two big guys in the boat. i dont know if it is mounted to low so more info from you guys would be great. all i know is it is slow out of the hole and wont stay on plane much below 20mph thanks

Should be in mounted top hole. 6500 rpm is where the rev limiter is i believe. You should be way above what your getting.

Something is not right with your setup. Either the prop is too big, damaged, engine not running right, or its a 250 with a 300 decal.

What prop is on it? Is it a Tempest? When you are talking about speed are you speaking in knots or mph?

Also, the Verado Pro did not come out until 2011.
