How about an update? Nearly every other 'circuit' out there gets results up quickly. You will gain support if do so too.

Default Name 3.....

Are you serious Pedal? Name me 3 heck even 1 circuit out west that get their results updated any faster? Maybe you are confusing the Stampede with some "other" circuits out there, but they seem to do a good job at getting info out there. Rather maybe you havent been to Boysen, but where most tournies are held(marina) there is NO cell or internet access! The fact that these guys would think to attempt an on the water update to give you day one results, in my opinion is pretty neat stuff. Hopefully negative opinions like yours won't make them decide it's not worth their effort to share results on the WC board and rather just forward them to WC when they get time. Then to see they even added some pictures is even better!
Thanks for sharing guys, sure is beautiful country out there!

Default Updates

Pedal we do our best to get the info out to the WC followers as soon as we have access, get home and settled. We also have a facbook page that gets updated often and sometimes even on the water that you can feel free to follow if you have FB

Full results for Stampede Boysen.

These guys do a terrific job getting results online quick, wish everyone would be as fast.

At the end of the tourney season Juls has to literally go through the Tourney Finder and beg some of those circuits to get the results to us so we can archive them.

We do that every year......it's much easier this way.

Default Stampeded replies...

Wow!
Skins must have gotten thin NW of Shoshoni this weekend! Maybe it was the heat.... Good grief! Fishermen aren't expected to exagerrate a little when they are in whining mode? I knew a couple guys in the tournament and was antsy to find out how they did. They wouldn't answer their phones either!! I'll spend more time on the phone, be more patient, or stay offline next time.

"Seriously" - I'd take you seriously if you'd register on this fine forum. I guess I started fishing Boysen about 35 years ago. You're right, my phone never works there unless I'm in the middle of the lake during the proper moon phase. Pretty sure that's why we got the previous on the water update.

Truly seriously, I've heard nothing but good about the Stampede and how things are run. It's a credit to you that others (maybe a little brain fried!) responded so quickly. Sorry if I rubbed a little salt in some of the sunburned hides.

Tight lines...

Thumbs up boat problems for one team

Was at the wyoming walleye stampede tournament this last weekend and heard that one team had boat problems that rendered their boat useless for the tournament so they approached the tournament director with their problem. He offered them his boat to use which I believe is a new 2010 ranger with 250 hp verado and they ended up taking fourth place at the tournament. That is way cool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is a great tournament circuit with great people, can't wait to fish the Stampede next year. Great job guys!!!
