Default Bow protection

Just wondering if anybody has any tricks or products to protect the bow of the boat when on the trailer. My main focus is where the bow meets the roller on the winch post. I have a new Ranger 1860 and I can see a blemish in the gelcoat where the bow rests on the roller. Any ideas?
