Default Waterproof coat

I fished all day Monday in torrential rain for 12 hours straight. I need a new coat! I had a pair of Cabela's guide PVC bibs on, which worked perfectly, but only a goretex coat. I don't care what anyone says, but none of the breathable fabrics are genuinely waterproof so I want to get a PVC coat to use on these really wet trips. The Cabela's matching parka would be OK except that it doesn't have sleeves which would even attempt to keep the water out and I find that when you're fishing the water creeps up your sleeves even if the coat is holding out reasonably well.

Any suggestions for a PVC anorak or parka that has some sort of sealed sleeve and a decent shaped built in hood? I can't seem to find anything satisfactory on the internet, but I might be looking in the wrong places.

The 3M product Frog Toggs are made out of is 100% waterproof even under compression which is where Gore Tex fails. I'm not a fan of FT's quality, seems, zippers, etc. but the fabric does not allow water through.

I got totally soaked wearing Frog Togs before, they are not the answer either. For a good pvc rain coat I like Helly Hanson rain gear. Make sure and get bibs if you don't like a wet butt

Rivers west. Waterproof! I'm not sure if they have lightweight gear, but my bibs and parka are great.
