lake master chip problem

I have a gps/sonar lowrance combo, the lake master chip quit working... is there a reset or some way to get it working??

The reset procedure for a Lowrance units is as follows:

A soft reset, which doesn't erase WP's, trails or settings = press and hold pages, press and release power button

A hard reset, which erases everything = press and hold zin and zout and press and release power

Thanks I'll give it a shot! That's exactly what i was wanting to try but had no idea how to do it, gota love Walleye central.
