Any GM certificates out there please?

Well, I know the 2003 Yukon XL only has 150,000 miles on it and is only half broken in but I just might look for a new unit. I am curious as to whether or not there are any GM certificates out there? In the past, those certificates used to be mentioned here on WC and I would appreciate the coupon if available. Thanks in advance.
